When your snow removal team arrives, would they still get to work if there are cars in the driveway?
Yes - although the ideal situation would be to have a driveway free of vehicles or obstructions, we at [Business Name] understand this isn’t always possible. Our team will remove as much snow as possible around the vehicles so that you’ll have safe access when ready to move them. If our schedule allows, we can come back later that day or another day to finish removing any snow left over from vehicles that were in the way.
Can you remove snow when it's dark outside?
Yes - we can get the job done in darkness. In fact, we often begin early in the morning and/or finish in the evening when it’s dark. This is why we make sure all our team members wear hi-visibility gear for safety.
Do I have to be home when you perform any snow/ice removal?
No - we understand that everyone has to work. While you are away from home, you can trust us to get the job done.
How often do you clear snow for ongoing snowfall extending for 48 hours or longer?
We clear residential properties once every 24 hours during ongoing snowfalls. You can expect to see us around the same time each day.
Is salt considered environmentally friendly?
Yes - we only use salt that is at least 10% enviro-salt. This is good for longer lasting traction and will be gentle on decorative concrete.
